We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each and every one of our pieces is made in the USA by hand, employing ancient goldsmithing techniques, therefore, each piece naturally bears slight differences and slight imperfections.
Due to fluctuations in the gold market, we reserve the right to revise prices on our website at any time.
We do our best to protect your credit information and prevent fraudulent charges.
After you place an order online, we will reach out to you to verify your identity, review our Terms of Sale and Return policies, and confirm your shipping address. If you have requested a customization such as ring re-sizing, we will review the process with you before proceeding.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are not able to reach you within 5 days to confirm your purchase.
Purchases of items over $20,000 USD are managed through a third party Escrow account. Please inquire about the work you are interested in for more details.
Return Policy Exceptions

Customized items made for the customer are a final sale, and as such are not returnable for refund or exchange without exception. This includes resized rings, resized bracelets, bespoke jewelry and any alterations made for the customer.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a qualifying purchase, we will gladly accept your return.
Keep in mind the return may be subject to a re-stocking fee and all returns are subject to the following provisions:

You must email us with the word RETURN on the subject line in order to initiate the return and make shipping arrangements.

All returns must be made within 3 business days of the order delivery date.

Item(s) must be returned in their complete and original packaging and be in the original, unworn condition.

Customized items are not returnable. This includes resized rings, resized bracelets, bespoke jewelry and any alterations made for the customer.

Customer must include a copy of the original purchase receipt.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customer must insure the package for the full purchase price and obtain a tracking number from the shipping company.

Customer must ensure the contents are safely packed to avoid loss or damage.

NEVER write the word "jewelry" anywhere on the package.

Customer is responsible for the condition of the piece as it is received by us. Should the piece be returned in need of repairs, we will notify the customer immediately and deduct the cost of the repair from the refund.
Once we receive the item(s) and its condition has been verified, we will process the request and notify the Customer of the refund.
Refunds will be solely for the original purchase price of the item minus applicable deductions, and will not include reimbursement for any shipping or other costs incurred by Customer.
Order Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel an order for 'special occasions', or to ask for a signed confirmation indicating your commitment of a final sale during holiday periods.
We reserve the right to deduct the transaction processing fees from the total reimbursed amount when an order is cancelled after the payment is processed but before the item is shipped to the customer.
We will make every effort to contact each customer to verify the purchase before shipping the order. If we are unable to reach you, this may delay the shipment of your order.
